She's up-and-coming in the Anarch faction in the city, but she's a true believer in the movement.
Always rooting for the underdog, she feels a certain kinship with the PCs. She encourages them to join the movement, but allows them to make up their own minds.
Local Anarchs feel that she can be a bit of a hothead and fear that she'll become a loose cannon in the wrong circumstances. The local Camarilla, on the other hand, think she's an example of the naivety of Anarchs.
