Ex-Prince of Chicago
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Maxwell ruled Chicago for 34 years, and the fact that a black man could claim such an austere office for himself (at such time in history), led the elder Inyanga a to Chicago. He was deposed by Lodin in the Devil's Night of 1871.
The deposed Prince eluded an assassination attempt by escaping through a window, and since that time he has travelled as he saw fit, but always longing to return to Chicago.
