Humans, but small. Created by Kami on the moving island of Nihonan in order to follow his Scriptures of Revenge, although many of the halflings have left the service of Kami and left Nihonan, although there are many still faithful halflings who have left Nihonan  in order to found churches or follow his Scriptures of Revenge elsewhere.
