Captain Tarragon Drake
Also known as the Serpent of the High Seas, and the Wyrm of the Ocean, Tarragon Drake is one of the six sea Princes--the Dragon Prince.
Primarily gains his fortunes through raiding of shipping lanes and ransacking port towns. Known as one of the more gentler and kinder sea princes, his reputation is one of compassion and freedom. He is known to free slaves and take any with dragon's blood (real or perceived) into his crew if they desire.
Known to be rather excitable and erratic. Seems to care more for adventure than common sense. Has outfitted his fleet and crew in a dragon motif. Some of the other Sea Princes believe he takes his obsession with Dragons a bit too far.
