Count and Countess Castille and Tamara Groveborn

The Couple rulers of Pav Ature are a sight to be admired. Adamantly in love with each other and their city, they are a bright beacon of light that shines in the utter darkness of Vedania. They both are High Elves from Navi Ren that came over on ships in 1483 with a two thousand other High Elven colonists. Their mission was to restore the ancient Star Elven bastion to its former glory. With Pav Ature so dilapidated by time, the rulers of Vedania didn't oppose their claim to the ruined city. The Count and Countess despise the other nobles in Vedania, but swore to play nicely with them on the condition they stay away from their gilded city.
