Count Moriarty Blacktown
Moriarty Blacktown is more of an oppressive overlord than a count. He cares little for responsibility and spends most of his time drunk. He lets his thugs control everything within the town, from the water to the food to random shake downs for coin. He isn't respected by any of the nobles, and the only reason they put up with his drunkenness and slanderous outbursts is that Blacktown is a major supplier of lumber through the country.
