Enitone
Stout wooden towers rise above a thick palisade. Guards in red and gray livery stare out with expressions of grim apprehension as they take drags of thick cigars, blowing large plumes of smoke. Enitone stands on the gloomy edge of the Kragwitch Woods, strange noises and creatures haunt the last town that leads into the forest. Lanterns sporadically stand in random places through obviously unthought out town of Enitone. Stalls are open in the day where odd people sell strange oddities, bone powder, bat wings and bear urine. The roofs of the stuccoes buildings bow nearly three feet inward, giving the homes a crescent shape. People pay no mind to you as you come into the town. You notice torches are paced at intervals along the wood line, and tall wooden guard towers loom over the forest, guards in leather armor watch vigilant into the blackness that is the Kragwitch Wood. In the distance you see the main road continues toward the mouth of the forest, which quickly swallows the trail into utter darkness.
This is the last stop before entering the treacherous Kragwitch Woods, and the guards here take their jobs very seriously. Those who so much as fall asleep on watch will be hanging from a rope by morning light.
