Hollymount

Also known as the Silver City, Hollymount serves as a popular harbor for ships heading north. Unlike many Tel Morathian cities, the Freebridge influence in Hollymount is relatively subtle. It sits above Green Bay and serves as the bays port. It is the most cosmopolitan and welcoming of Tel Moraths cities; Hollymount is a cultural bastion notable for its art and entertainment, particularly the Heavenheart Opera House, which is widely known throughout Tel Morath for its productions’ quality. Many of these features make Hollymount a natural home for those that would like to live away from the laws set forth by Freebridge. Unfortunately, this brings the criminals, who then don't expect the harshness of Hollymount and the cities zero tolerance for skullduggery. Hollymount is ruled by a King who has sworn fealty to uphold the honors and traditions of its people, but in more recent times has dwindled to little more than a figurehead of tradition. The true power within the city is the senate, which is filled with 120 seats of publicly elected officials, technically making it a republic.
