King Vandavar Drachenthorne I

In 652, After the War of Idle in Tel Morath, the remaining citizens that were outcast as freaks and scoundrels, sailed from Freebridge, banished to the east and wherever that may take them. They sailed to a foggy coast across the ocean and made landfall in a large inner sea. Led by a former general of the resistance warriors from the War of Idle, Lord Marshall Vandavar Drachenthorne, was crowned King and protector of the lands. Vandavar was a brutal and ruthless dictator, that punished his subjects for impunity. Not many years after the coronation he wed an Elven druid by the name of Lara Vandertree. Tales say that she was perhaps even more cruel than him, and made many citizens cower in fear of her horrid magics. Perhaps the only decent thing he ever did, was commission in secret the Inquisition, under the command of the famous hero, Sydious Kaiber. He died of age at 70 a few years after the Inquisition came to fruition, and his son took the throne, who would later turn out to be even more mad than his tyrant father. Many years later, the crown was stolen, and the king of the time was killed. Vedania has been king less for many years.
