Lord Mayor: 1625-1672 Notis Skyarrow

Notis Skyarrow is a man of honor who brought his family across the ocean from the Duchy of Foridia to build a new life. A former Knight Errant of the Duke and Duchess Uther and Cameron Val'ianie, Noble of House Skyarrow and Knights of the Vale, Notis is an accomplished man. A warrior scholar at heart, he wanted to bring his tenacity and honor to a place that he felt lacked the above. No better place to settle than Vedanias harsh northern countryside. To provide better protection from the creatures that assault the village, he created a new force of warriors known as the Knights of the Midnight Chalice. He reigned for many years, and in 1672 during the Vedanian War for the Crown he pledged his loyalty to King Alexander Hollyroot the White Rabbit. Unfortunately he perished in combat during the final battle of the war in Drachenthorne. His second in command took over responsibility for Northshire afterwards.
