Rune Crest

Lord: Captain Scarbourou Resting along the southern portion of the Shattered Coast, Rune Crest is a large port town. The sounds of ship crews yelling, and dock bells ringing can be heard echoing through the streets. Guard patrols walk stoically up and down the snowy cobble streets. The houses are mostly one and two story, constructed of stout oak and painted a deep gray. The docks sway in the ocean waters slightly, as frozen ice shelves crack against them. Crews of men are trained to break apart the ice shelves from the docks to keep passage for ships free. As simple and quiet as Rune Crest seems, you can sense the pride and cooperation here.
