Sir Halvden Autumnlow
Sir Halvden Autumnlow
The first born son of Sir Moriarty Autumnlow, lord of the house. Sir Halvden was always an outsider within the house. A famed hero and swordsman, but behind doors he was known as a violent deviant. The abrupt murder in 1621 of House Lady Gertrude Woodbrick was cause for concern and Woodbrick had its suspicions of house Autumnlow when not shortly before the murder, Gertrudes daughter Coraleen Woodbridge refused marriage to Sir Halvden. Halvden assassinated Gertrude in retaliation but made his part to play a secret. He also attempted to use his affinity with the dark God Hextor to fuel his power and lust for control, which is forbidden in Foridia. When Sir Trimbell Valenhall of house Valenhall confronted Halvden in front of the entire noble court in Bannermount, Halvden and his men lashed out and fought their way out of the city, taking refuge in western Alamor in the ancient Autumnlow keep, Keep Forlorn. It was here that the famed four heroes and House Woodbrick marched a small army east to do battle with Halvden and his host. Halvden was slain in February 1632 by Sir William Korvach in single combat.
