The Shades

Numbers and leader unknown, more than a thousand suspected The Shades origin is as mysterious as their name. They are a highly organized syndicate of crime-lords, gang members, slavers, and smugglers. They are suspected to have their hands in nearly all the politics on Solea, and many of its businesses. They have no uniform or flag, although some members are known to have a black dot tattooed somewhere on their body. They are so secretive that no evidence of their existence is documented.
