Coven of Nine, a Hag coven based in the Petrified Forest, test their abilities combined, and control weather above Standholme, lightning strikes the city, and hurricane winds blow through the streets followed by a tornado, thirty percent of the city is destroyed, the rest is badly damaged. Seven hundred people perish. This marks the fourth time the city was destroyed.
