Bandit Kingdoms

Structure

Collections of independant Baronies mostly who have pledged allegiance to Iuz.  There are however several rebelious factions and elements in the land.

Culture

Though outsiders think anyone from the region is a bandit, the folk are more diverse then this.  An apt comparison would be the American West in the 1800's a land where those who are tough enough can stake their claim and also a place for those who wish to flee from whereve they're from.
