- more aggressive than most dwarves (which might be saying something)

- some of started to murmur about returning to the Red Kingdom (a journey of epic proportions)

History
The Testofs are a dwarven clan which is but a shadow of its former self.
Originally, hailing from the far off Red Kingdom (located on a different continent than the Flanasse), they were recruited by none other than Zagyg Yragerne. They were sought after by the mad archmage for three reasons:
- their great mining ability which would lead to the construction of the dungeons below castle Greyhawk
- their military might, as a mage as powerful as Zagyg doesn't become so without making a few enemies and,
- their ability to craft items (rumor has it that their skill was employed in making the Godtrap which the mage used for his divine ascension)
Disbandment
The assault of revenge decimated Clan Testof. Most who did not participate were non-combatants only protected by a small rear guard force. Yannarg, would decree that though the humanoids were contained they were not gone. Their home was to be off limits (at least for now).
The Headsman then decreed that the remainder of the clan would split up:
- a small group of the rear guard would remain at castle Greyhawk to maintain claim over the dungeons of the Tower of War
- the majority would head to the Dwarven kingdom of Greysmere were their cousins would take them in as welcomed refugees
- and finally Yannarg and his chief lieutenant Karg Barrelgut would strike out to the Barrowmaze where the leader of Clan Testof "would fulfill his part of the pact".
