Herald Lightning

The Grung that has been appointed this wonderful title is responsible for many different aspects of the Storm Callers Clan. One of the fuctions they are the main one in the center of all the storms needing to be created out onto the ocean to the north. The only time a Herald will train a new herald is if a new Grung proves themselves to be worthy to tame a lightning elemental.
