Shen's Letter to Natrine
To My Dearest Natrine :
If you are receiving this letter, than it means that events have began to push forward faster than I had anticipated. My House has noticed that I am not exactly dead, but I have not yet been recalled to Malgos. To that end I must take my leave to pursue other courses of action separate from all of you while I still have time. I have sent word through certain channels of the Niganze household that if you request aid, they will attempt to help you if possible. Before you leave Mt. Roma, you are to obtain a staff that I loaned to a Mrs. Eril Corby. You can find her in the Alchemist District or if not there, she may be available at the Malgos Embassy. The devil Selvester is not to be trusted, but he is also a force that I do not think can be reckoned with.
I can't say a part of me is sad to say goodbye, but I just can't be bothered to play hero anymore. My own goals are at stake with what is going on, and if it really is the end of the world, I want to see her one last time. Until next time we meet, if we meet, don't get caught up in too many shenanigans.
