Inkling

Inklings are a species that were brought to life through the power of an ancient artifact known as the Soulstone. The Soulstone was created by the Wizard Abbderron in the first age, who imbued it with the power to bring life to the lifeless. It was, in part, what brought life to the animate objects race. A different, quirky wizard in the early part of the second age used the artifact to begin to bring characters from paintings to life. This brought about the Inklings.
Inklings have a humanoid form but their skin has an inky, thick texture to it. Their eyes are bright and expressive, often with a stark white or just off white color. Their hair is wild and unruly, in shades of vibrant color like paint brush strokes.

Ability Score Increase Increase one ability score by +2. Increase two other abilities by +1.
Age Inklings reach maturity at point of creation. They do not age.
Speed Inklings have a walking speed of 30 ft.
Languages Inklings speak read and write common and another language of your choice
Inkling Body Inklings can change their body to become 2-Dimensional as a standard action. In this state an Inkling cannot move or take actions, except to change back (also as a standard action) A 2D inkling is able to perceive their surroundings as they normally would and are considered indistinguishable from a painted on image, offering a +20 stealth bonus to hiding from those who would try to perceive them.
Inky Rewrite Inklings know the spell disguise self and may cast it without expending a spell slot.
