L30-D3@rZ3n is the first Warforged ruler in Valorstell history. Having been voted in by the noble court of Ravenhiem after the defeat of Abderron and Phentoghast. The nobles wanted to try something new, and while it was met with a lot of scrutiny and judgement at first, L30 has more than proven himself as the new Emperor.
With a focus on diplomacy and peace they are rapidly calling this new era in Ravenhiem's history its "Golden Age".
