The Dread Declan is a vigilante who protects the streets of Swamproot as its nighttime defender. When we first meet Declan he busts a drug deal and arrests the purpetrator and turns him into the authorities. He discovers a link between the deal he busted, a crook that got away, and the mission that is mountin in Surzell. What is the connection? That is something that needs further investigation but rest assured that The Dread Declan is on the case!
