The Das' Syndicate
The Das' Syndicate has existed for centuries, formed in the First Era by small councils and guilds, they now act as an unseen arm of the goverments of Das', with their hand in every pocket.
Otherwise known as The Debtor's Guild, they're a form of highly organised oligarchs who oversee the continent's criminal activities, ensuring that they're never too far from a good deal. The Syndicate primarily act as sponsors and investors into even the most lowly of individuals private business ventures and expeditions, as long as they can pay back the debt.

Structure
The Inner Circle
The members of The Inner Cirle, of the Syndicate are denoted to hold the most power. Their identity secret to all but themselves, they act through encoded messages - sent by both magic and mortal means. Members of the Inner Circle are chosen by existing members, with no limit to who might receive membership, providing they are a pre-existing Syndiate member. The role of the Inner Circle is simply to create business for the organisation, however this objective is more sinister than it may first appear. The Inner Circle have convened in times of war, both civil and foreign, being able to guide the hands of affluent individuals to turn deals in favour of the side they wish to win - or at least have access to the better armour and weapons. War is good for profit.
The Keys
The First Key
The members of The First Key, (the key denoted by its one tooth,) are considered the richest of the Syndicates members, while their richness is a variable to their goals. Some are indeed rich in wealth, others are rich in knowledge, some are rich in influence - many share these riches. Members are responsible for dealing with Royalty and Diplomats, having a finger in every pie, so that when the time comes: business transactions can be favourably made. The Second Key
Members of The Second Key, (the key denoted by its two teeth,) are primarily Guild Owners and Private Individuals, high-tier business owners who are affluent within cities and trading hubs, able to scrape together deals through their name and their contacts. The Third Key
The members of The Third Key (the key denoted by its three teeth,) are all standard business owners, varying from large shops to simple street peddlers. The Third Key is greatest in number, bringing in most of the money, gossip, and news to and from the Syndicate. It is unknown how many Third Key members there are, assumably in the thousands. The Fourth Key
The members of The Fourth Key, (the key denoted by its four teeth,) are those who act as guards, assassins, and spies, all in name of the Syndicate. They are paid well, and keep record of all debtors - sometimes simple referred to as "The Debtor's Key."Public Agenda
The organisation has no intention of making itself a matter for public spectacle. It's objectives unknown, only mentioned in matters of wild conspiracy, many not believing them to exist.
While their presence as The Syndicate is shrouded, there is some presence of their early guild: The Debtor's Guild. A series of businessmen who seek out investment, offering up large sums of money, as long as the individual can pay it back... If not, they may be asked to undertake favours in place of payment. Not all favours being of innocent nature.

Disbandment
The Syndicate eventually dissolved due to the destruction of their central record of debts and members, while this information is not known to the public, vast quantities of creatures across Das' were freed from their debts.
High ranking members of the guild have managed to reconvene, but with little chance of rebuilding the age-old organisation, their current plans are unknown.
