Case Synopsis

Noise complaints led Officer Alvarez to discover a body in a disused Plaza level slidewalk that had been closed for construction.

The body had been burned beyond identification and had no PIN implant. Victim was determined to be disenfrancisto and case was closed.

Victim was clutching something in left hand. Object disintegrated upon inspection, object remains were unsalvageable.
