Kundzarkal

Kundkarkal is located on the small continent of Geryen-Serra. Formally known as Kundgeryen. During 327-AS- the Gods captured, the last remaining, Grand Dragon Zarkalion. Zarkalion was wrapped in the Dragon Forged Steel chains that Ur'Thonk forged with the help of Kittornar and Krodarn. When Zarkalion had been bound he was buried deep under Kundgeryen. Trapped deep within the mountain Zarkalion released a flaming rage. The dragon's fire filled the mountain, reaching scorching heats. After years of fire the stone within the mountain began to melt. Kundgeryen's peak fell in on itself and the mountain flooded with molten rock. Zarkalion continued to rage and struggle within the lava, but as the heat within the mountain grew, the chains got strong and prevented Zarkalion's escape.
Uronks who live on Geryen-Serra renamed Kundgeryen to Kundzarkal or The Fiery Mountain. Kundzarkal became the only place in Worra that Dragon Forged Steel could be created by Uronk smiths. The Uronks living within the shadow of The Fiery Mountain began to foretell the prophecy of a day when the flames of Kundzarkal would die and Zarkalion would escape from his prison, releasing a flaming wraith upon Worra.

Geography

Kundzarkal is 5000 metres high and dominates the skyline of Geryen-Serra. Before the imprisonment of Zarkalion Kundgeryen had snow upon its peak but the heat melted it away.

Fauna & Flora

Very few plants grow on the slopes of Kundzarkal as the high temperatures cause most plants to wither.
