Mintarn

Mintarn is a pirate port situated on the eastern edge of the Moonshaes. The port itself rests in a cove. Inside the cove is a connected canal network which houses all manner of mercantile buildings. Along the Cliffs which form a natural barrier, decommissioned ships have been used to make shops and homes for the residents that call Mintarn their permanent Home.

Leadership

Following the fall of the last tyrant ruler, Mintarn is now governed by Seven captains which have formed a group known as the Privateers. Overall, they do not interfere in the day to day operations of Mintarn, but are responsible for overseeing the fortifications and ensuring the city remains free from outside rule. They are also tasked with appeasing Hoondarrh.
