Annaport is the largest city in Ortuhr, being so large that it requires two Prime Judges to function. The eastern half of the city is overseen by Prime Judge Cordellia, and the western half is overseen by Prime Judge Thulwhum. The western half of the city benefits from the majority of overland transportation and shipments via rail, while the eastern half of the city controls the majority of docks, and so does most of the shipping by sea. The city is also notably the birthplace of firearms.
