Khedan Rutherford
Rutherford is the weasly count of the town of Faversham within Firvnale. Desperate to hang onto what little power he has over the lands, he often sides with whoever he thinks will give him the best deal, switching to opposing sides on a whim. More recently he had turned against the adventuring party who had been helping him after a mystery person had gifted him powers, making him more powerful than he had ever felt before.
