Northern Fleece

The Icy north is controlled by the Remnants, a group of Noble Dragonborn families, governed by a ruling council. The Dragonborn used to rule the world of Wyrmfell, before the Orobos Empire drove them into the cold north. Little is known about these lands by anyone south of the Snow Dragon Mountains.
The only major city in the region is Icewind's Gate, but the dragonborn have not allowed outsiders to enter in centuries.
