Tal'isss is a devilish Imp originally from the Nine Hells, who came to Sigil to follow his dreams of being at the center of conspiratorial intrigues and blackmail-worthy confessions.
So naturally this meant becoming a bartender and running an establishment named 'The Tal'isss Inn', where he could hear all the secrets of the sorry sods that passed through, always keeping a careful ear perked for something worthy to sell to interested parties, or some wonderfully dark sinful story to savor like a fine wine.
Tal'isss sees the need to keep a peacemaker behind his bar, a Staff of Fire, to stop would-be thieves and drunken brawls.
Purple hair, red skin, and white eyes, this unique imp is commonly found behind his bar, wearing a dark suit jacket and bowtie.
