Devil's Night

This event occurs when both Halo and Chroma are in their New Moon stage at the same time.
Cultural beliefs vary, but generally fall along the theme that when both moons are dark, the veil between the Material and Infernal planes is particularly thin; or that monsters are particularly vicious and bloodthirsty. Regardless, it is universally encouraged to stay inside on this night, and to beware of strangers even during the day.
