Elvish Creation Myth

At the beginning of time, the world consisted of a vast, endless plain. Silvain, in his boredom, sought to create a great beast for him to hunt. From his mind sprung a magnificent creature, swift and formless, which he immediately gave chase to. As the creature ran, its hooves shaped the earth, creating lakes, hills, and mountains. To escape from the great hunter, parts of the creature split from the whole, becoming the various flora and fauna in the world. The hunt continued for several days and nights, with Silvain being unable to land a strike, until the creature had become a singular deer. With one arrow, Silvain killed it, and finally rested. As a sign of respect, he buried the deer, and from the body Dulra, The Great Tree grew.
