Fellowship of the Waning Moon

The elves of Clarenware Woods have a shared bond with the elves of Sylvia. Many centuries ago, the two considered themselves as two separate, great civilizations and did not come to each other’s aid in times of trial. This was ratified with what was known as the Fellowship of the Waning Moon, where the two people agreed to help each other. 
This agreement has held until recently, where the Clarenware Woods elves have started to consider Estalia’s logging operations as a declaration of war, while Sylvia wishes to stay isolated.
