Qimaris Wintervale

An elvish professor of The Grand College, Qimaris Wintervale is a skilled scholar of divination magic. Several centuries ago, Qimaris noted what he referred to as "knots in the threads of fate", where he found several individuals who seems to have a substantial and unusual effect on the future. Since then, he has dedicated most of his research to identifying and studying these people.
