Thalor Island

Due to Thalor Island's close proximity to the Estalia side of the river, the The Silver Legion. As such, many of the middle class to upper class merchants live in this area, in addition to most Angel Harbour’s thieves. Johnny Scarsgard runs the largest thieves guild in the islands and is based out of Thalor Island.
