The Grand Plan

The Grand Plan is not a physical item, but instead is an abstract representation of the various policies and procedures set by the Estalian Senate, and the following belief that, by following a prescribed path, Estalia will become great. This belief comes directly from the Estalian Ethos, and that, through the application of logic, expert committee, and the teachings of Thalor through Arkanos, The Great Weaver, the Senate can tap into the underlying order of the world.
