Foreseers

Foreseers are a special kind of mortal beings. They have an almost omniscient sense of knowledge and are able to acknowledge celestial events that have literally just happened or any event involving them personally that is yet to come in the near future.
Many Foreseers are humans, in human territory, or have taken refuge in The Temple of Rugiv as both of The Warring Cults actively seek out Foreseers for their mental engagement in the celestial and any sane person wouldn't want to get the short end of the stick by meeting a Mhiri worshipper that knows what they are.
While the exact number of Foreseers is unknown, it is known that there is at least one Foreseer for every sapient species in the galaxy. Most Foreseers to be open about their abilities or have their abilities known in general are humans. This has been a leading cause for why bounties on humans are higher than others, as the chance for one of them being a Foreseer is higher than other species based on what knowledge is in public air.
