Arkotin (ar-ka-tin)

A Halfling boy who is one of the rotating overseers of the Teleportation Circle. He (apparently) takes his breaks on the 2nd floor's commons area.


Multiple mages rotate shifts at the Teleportation Circle. Despite being young and easily intimidated, he is one of these necessary mages of the Spire.
