Bahamut, the honourable dragon god

Born alongside his brothers and sister, Bahamut is the child of Asgorath. Just a few years after he was born he was already a grown dragon. He was a celestial being after all. That, however, didn’t meant that he, or his siblings, were mentally already adults. The five siblings often fought with each other, especially Bahamut and Tiamat, who developed very different kinds of personalities. While Bahamut grew to become an honourable and good Dragon, his sister grew to become a sadistic and heinous personalty. Even the two of them are so different, Bahamut still cares a lot about his sister. Seeing her as her little sister, even though Tiamat claims that she hatched before Bahamut, he often belittles her and tries to teach her life lessons. Obviously by now both of them are very much grown and developed in their respective ways, yet Bahamut will always be the big brother to Tiamat, who has a special place in the heart of the deity. Even though Bahamut is regarded as the nice dragon, he still has done horrendous things against the Dragonborns when they first rebelled and during his rule over them. Not only did he help in creating them, but he also treated them badly. Admittedly not as bad as his siblings, but still bad. While he was only helping in creating the Dragonborns, he did create the metallic Dragons. Asgorath taught each of his children how to create a race of their liking, so Bahamut created a breed of Dragons that were inspired by the various kinds of metals he found on the world.   Metallic Dragons are usually friendly towards most races. Some are more special then others, but they are known as the most cooperative out of the three main draconic races, as Gem Dragons like to be alone and chromatic Dragons are the embodiment of destruction and fear. They are divided into Silver, Brass, Gold, Copper and Bronze Dragons. All of them are different in behaviour, but each kind of behaviour can be found in Bahamut to some extent. Unlike their gem cousins, metallic dragons like to adventure in the world, to learn more about it, form relationships and even do trade to further their riches. Yet every dragon is always born in Bahamuts province, called Argentia. This is also the place where most metallic dragons reside in.   Unlike his father, Bahamuts depictions are usually very clear. He has a bright orange scales, representing the copper and bronze dragons, but also some silver scales to accommodate the silver dragons. His eyes are always portrayed in a bright yellow, in reference to the gold dragons. The only breed of dragons scholars couldn’t find in Bahamuts presence are the brass dragons. Perhaps they are also included in the colour of his eyes. His blue spikes are purely accessories and change from depiction to depiction.
