Large Aberration - Chaotic/Evil

Caused by the ingestion of a strange magical item, the Orc, Kedarak, was mutated and changed in a most drastic way. Little is known of what caused this metamorphosis, but one thing is clear, should this transformation be easily replicated, it could spell disaster for any and all in the path of such an abomination.
