Dis'Mantler

Dis’Mantler is the general name for the main languages spoken in the Dismantler Kingdom.
There are two official forms to the language, the first being called True Dis’Mantler and the other called Fell. It is physically impossible for any other race to speak True Dis’Mantler due to the Dismantler’s unique vocal processor and ability to make sounds other races cannot.
The other version, Fell, is sometimes also called the phonetic version or Modified Dis'Mantler. It attempts to emulate the sound of True Dis’Mantler but is modified (usually for Common) so other races can speak it. Fell is still a challenge to learn due to its unique phonetics.
It's possible for a Dismantler speaking True Dis'Mantler and someone speaking Fell to hold a conversation together, so long as they both know the two languages.
Most Dismantlers in the Dismantler Kingdom will speak both True Dis’Mantler and Fell*. Fell* has been gaining popularity as the Kingdom reaches out towards other kingdoms and allows foreigners in (to the dismay of many native citizens).
There is a third, unofficial variant that mixes both True Dis'Mantler and Fell* that is named Mantler. Mantler is usually only used as slang and makes fun of the fact that other races cannot speak True Dis'Mantler.
Most Dismantlers can also speak Common, though they prefer (True) Dis'Mantler.
Why Can't Other Races Speak (True) Dis'Mantler?
All robots have a vocal processor, but a Dismantler's vocal processor is formatted differently than a Tersi, CA's, and AA's. A Dismantler can make phonemes not present in any other languages. Likewise, there are some phonemes Dismantlers have difficulty pronouncing (such as /k/ and /t/* sounds)
