Muggleborn witch from Canterbury, attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Hufflepuff. Began working in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures after leaving Hogwarts. While a junior member in the department, she was tasked with setting up a Vampire Liaison Office with a Albanian vampire, Bram, who had recently immigrated to the UK. Mina and Bram quickly fell in love and decided to marry in secret, at the height of the first Wizarding War, since neither of them knew if they would survive to see its end. After the birth of her only child, Audrey, Mina became an aggressive proponent for the fair treatment of half-breeds and co-authored the Guidelines for the Treatment of Non-Wizard Part-Humans.
