The towering 160 feet statue of the late Elizabeth Vanguard is erected on the once proud island nation of Taraheim to honor her valiant sacrifice for the isle's inhabitants against great adversity.
Etched on the base of the statue on a golden plaque is the phrase, "Don't wait for change, become the change".
