The construct of time and fate needs to be held to a certain standard, and not many can hold it to the same standard that Erwelen is capable of. One of the few mortals who have managed to reach divinity, many argue that Erwelen is even more powerful than some of the strongest of the original gods. No one is particularly sure of just how Erwelen managed to ascend to such an esteemed position of divinity, be it through shrewd dealings, the discovery of a powerful relic, or ascension through aid of the other gods. Regardless, Erwelen has proven herself to be capable of keeping time flowing in one direction and without the interference of those who would seek to misplace it.
It is said that since her ascension, her eyes have remained closed as she peers into the future, only to open once a true threat to the very fabric of time itself presents itself to her gaze.
