Brother of Mihara Hotaka (deceased)
Leader and commander of the irregular forces and the Mihara family that defected from the Yamataka Clan after the forces of the "Lady of Night" started to hunt them down. 
Now works directly under Takao Taki as an irregular military force. 
Ozaki Kenshin is his second in command.
