Toda Clan

The Toda Clan is old and powerful, they control most of both the Ryuugen and Eiko provinces.
They have managed to remain largely independent and not sided whit either the Shougun or the Emperor in the previously ongoing political struggle.
However, they did suffer a major loss of military might when the Shougun called all banners, households and clans to enter the tainted lands.

The Toda Clan is in what could consider a cold war whit the mighty Sakeda Clan.
