The Drudorian Empire

General: An ancient empire that controls vast swathes of territory in the Underdark, the Drudorian Empire was founded by dwarves, though large numbers of deep gnomes, and the dwarves' dark cousins the duergar have since joined them. Standing in direct opposition to both the drow and the Dark Ones, the Drudorian Empire have had few allies in this long-standing struggle. With the advent of peace on the surface world this may very well change, as the dwarves are a signatory of the heavenly compact which ensures they cannot go to war with others that have signed on as well. Notable exceptions to this are the drow, and the dark ones, allowing the Drudinease to begin making gains after centuries of slow, creeping losses.

Draconic Population: Some copper dragons have made their home in drudinease territory, though they are few and far between with most doing what they can to remain independent while several have joined the empire in some capacity.
