Sol Food

While it can take many shapes when grown from tomato shaped to watermelon to nut to fruit it is alwayse a plant and typically grown in the crater lake of Batiban It is a staple food of the Cattoric religion and any one piece of this crop be it as a small as a berry or large as a melon provides a human with enough calories and nutrition for an entire day of hard work it is in essence perfection in food form.

Anatomy

Being a plant Sol Food is grown out of the ground and alwayse has a bleached white apearence with whatever edible food that grows along it being multi colored. Sol Food grows much like a gourd or melon would with vines running along the ground but its output of crop is entirely random.

Genetics and Reproduction

Sol Food can only be grown under light from Sol that has been concentrated over an area.

Growth Rate & Stages

The vine itself grows incredibly slow but the crops that stem from it can grow a full watermelon in a matter of days.

This species appears ONLY within Cattoric domains due to its requirement for Solarian Radiation.
