Garmen D'ras

Once the main military outpost of combined Draconian and Orcish forces during the Draco-Orc Invasion, Garmen D'ras is now a haven for some of the more monstrous races in Valaria.  Orcs and Dragonborn are the most common, with Goliaths, Tieflings, and even some goblinkin making the base their home.  While technically a part of the Valarian Kingdom, the twon operates almost completely independently.  With little communication coming from the capitol to the area, and vice versa.

Population: 20,000 (50% Orc, 30% Dragonborn, 8% Goliath, 7% Tiefling and 5% Goblinkin)
Government: Chief Galrock Shattered-Scale leads the denizens of Garmen D'ras, his rule is respected by the Crown, and by his citizens as well.
Commerce: Garmen D'ras tries its best to remain independent of all outside forces, hunting and farming brings in all the city needs for basic living, there is some tenuous trade between D'ras and the Temple of Rushing Tides to the south.
