The Elemental Path

The elements are made to be balanced.  The Elemental Planes of Earth, Fire, Water and Air are realms of chaotic beauty, and the Elemental Path seeks to better understand that balance of beauty and barbaric chaos.  Monks of the Elelmental Path learn about nature, and the element of their respective temple's influence on nature.  Many make the journey to one of the four temples of the Path to in search of enlightenment, peace, or martial training.  There are 4 temples of the Elemental Path, each dedicated to a different element.  The Temples of Howling Gales, Rushing Tides, Rumbling Earth, and Raging Inferno.

Structure

Grandmaster: The Leader of the entire order, all members of the order look to the Grandmaster for guidance, and the master is also responsible for decisions that impact the entirety of the order.
Master: Masters are the heads of each temple.  One Master per temple, each one dedicated to their single element.  The Temple Masters are responsible for the training regimens for students at the temple, and come together as a council to make decisions when the Grandmaster is indisposed, deceased, or has gone against the teachings of the Path.
Students: Those seeking to better themselves through the elements become students of the Elemental Path, and dedicate themselves to nature.
