The Merchant's Guild

A coalition of almost all established merchants in Valaria. The guild holds considerable sway within the kingdom, having different branches influencing the nearby economies, and lending loans and supply support to kingdoms in need. Being a member of the guild provides several benefits, such as lowered prices with other members, along with potentially calling in favors with branch heads of the guild.

Structure

Heads: Each branch of the Merchant's Guild is run by a Head. They make trade deals, help merchants with establishing shops in their jurisdiction, and of course, take their share of the profit.  When it comes to guild wide affairs, the Heads convene to debate and vote.
Merchants: The lifeblood of the Guild, those who join under the Guild's banner will gain many benefits, access to exclusive trade ships, reduced prices from other guild merchants, and insurances when running shipments officially for the guild.
